As Customer Service Manager, Callum Francis ensures our clients consistently receive the highest standards of service across the industry.

Callum first joined the team as a Traffic Planner in 2018 and has since gone on to build long-lasting partnerships with clients by always going the extra mile.

He is a big believer in our mission of providing transport solutions our customers can trust – and is always on hand to support them with their enquiries.

Away from work, Callum is another member of the office’s Tractor Boy contingent and owns a season ticket at Portman Road alongside his partner. He is also the proud father of a baby boy and is busy enjoying the joys of parenthood when not in the office.
